Go and see few different plastic surgeon who are specialised in rhinoplasty. Make sure that they can offer the digital morphing / simulation so that you will have a better understanding in terms of outcome. Also it is important to have at least two consultations prior to surgery

It is safe to have sex 2 weeks after rhinoplasty.There is no issue as long as that the nose will be not hit .I would suggest to avoid sex in the first week / ten days when the splint is still on
