Candy,Your question is a good one and the answer depends on the face/skin type. Your photo indicates to me you have good tissue tone, and strong underlying muscle and connective tissue. Therefore you will not look older even as you do get older because you have the protection of your skin elasticity, muscle and underlying connective tissue support.You are a good candidate for buccal fat removal.

Hello and good question. The two procedures are independent and it honestly does not matte which one you do first because the final result will be the same. It is even possible to do both at the same time if you are going to an experienced surgeon who is well versed in buccal fat removal.

Hello, without photos and seeing your friend it is impossible to answer your question. However, with properly placed implants and a good prosthetic dentist who will be making the teeth fitting over the implants, there is no reason you should not get a good result.

Hello, You are still quite young and that is a good thing for good tissue tone. It is difficult to tell from the photos if there is a divot on your right side. At any rate, minor fat liposuction at the "jowling" area of your jaw you are speaking about could help. Also if there is a divot there, a filler will help. An in person live examination is necessary because the photos are not telling the whole story.

Antibiotics are not required for a face lift. It is an individual preference of your surgeon. Although it is common, it is not mandatory. Infections after face lifts are rare. You should speak to your surgeon and decide on the best course of action. Another alternative is of course to chooose a different antibiotic. I also recommend if you do take antibiotics use probiotics with the antibiotic.

Hello, if you really mean four units of Botox before units of Botox is an extremely small dose for expected improvement where are you describe the debit as a whole. You are correct in thinking that a filler is needed. That should be a relatively easy improvement with both addition of Botox in appropriate areas and a permanent filler.

Hello, a combination of a correctly placed neurotoxin like Botox or equivalent and fillers will help those areas. The neurotoxin has to be placed about 1 cm below the modiolus.
Either a permanent filler like Bellafill or an HA derivative will help diminish the nasolabial folds and drool troughs.

Hello, thank you for your very good question. There is no doubt that a neck and facelift will give you the best result. Any asymmetry in your nasal area can also be evaluated to see if an improvement is feasible. You would be wasting your money and time on fillers and not be satisfied because they will not address the sagging skin.A skin resurfacing with CO2 or radio frequency Microneedling woukd also greatly enhance your skin texture and evenede on the surface.

Hello, my short answer is you don’t need a thing. I wouldn’t touch your face with absolutely anything right now. Your skin is smooth you have a very nice complexion and your features are great. I highly recommend against fillers contrary to the previous doctor’s answer. As you age and some features concern you, you can address them at at that point.

Hello, my advice is there are two things to consider. First although you said you had Botox I don’t know exactly where the Botox was injected and it matters a lot where it was placed. There is an injection technique in the lower lid just underneath the lashes with very small doses of Botox that could diminish those so-called “jelly rolls”.
If that does not provide satisfactory results two other alternatives I would suggest are one plasma IQ the other would be a lower lid bleph...

You are correct. Skin care products, although useful, will not reduce the forehead wrinkles of that depth. Your best option is a series of neurotoxin injections such as Botox or equivalent. It is also possible RFMN or VO2 resurfacing will help but an in person evaluation is required.

Hello although your frown lines are Deep due to their long standing presents and associated animation there can be a significant improvement. The best option is a combination of fillers to the deep troughs combined with a series of three injections with a neurotoxin like Botox or equivalent.I would recommend a permanent filler like Bellafhil for it viscosity and duration.
