48 year old woman treated with Rhinoplasty. Patient had large nose with a big dorsal hump as well as issues with her breathing owing to an untreated broken nose and deviated septum. She had an open rhinoplasty (combined cosmetic and functional rhinoplasty) as well as septoplasty. Her nose became small, less droopy, bump was reduced and breathing was improved.
