Answer Snippet
Is It Possible to Make my Nose Small by Anyway?
Reduction Rhinoplasty
Jul 14, 2012
Your nose seems too wide and slightly too longfor your narrow face. Alar base reductions as well as some cephalic tip rotation to shorten your nose will give you the look you want.
Concerned I Have an Infection 2 Months Following Rhinoplasty?
A foul smell is a bad sign.
Jul 14, 2012
A foul smell is often a sign of infection. Your collumellar graft may have gotten infected especially if your having some tenderness or purulent discharge in the area. If not, then maybe you just picked up a sinus infection. Either way you need to be seen, evaluated, and treated.
Do I Have Ptosis in my Left Eye?
No Ptosis
Jul 2, 2012
You don’t have ptosis of your left upper eyelid. This lid looks longer because the left orbit is larger than the right orbit; and without orbital fat to cameoflage this the left eyelid looks droopier. However, the lower margins of both upper lids cross the upper part of the pupil equally (no ptosis). Fat grafting under the left brow would remove the ‘hollowness’ of the left orbit/eye and make both eyes look more symmetrical. Both eyelids are slightly ptotic. Surgical correction of this…
1 Year Post Op, Revision or Alarplasty and Kenlog for Nostril Flare/round Tip?
Revision rhinoplasty
Jun 3, 2012
Kenalog injections may help especially if the supratip area is reduced. However, your nose is still a little too long and the left tip is flattened and asymmetric. A revision rhinoplasty with possible post operative injections with silicone in order to achieve a hundred percent result.
Which Procedures Would Help Improve my Facial Asymmetry and Long Face?
Asymmetry Improved Permanently Inexpensively with Silikon 1000
Jun 2, 2012
By equilizing the widths of the nose with Silikon 1000, you would permanently and inexpensively eliminate some major midline asymmetries in both resting and smiling views. Elongating your left medial brow toward the center, and changing your hair style can further minimize your facial asymmetries.
Is It Possible to Have Rhinoplasty and a Lower Eyelid Surgery (Removing Extra Skin) Done at the Sa
Multiple facial plastic surgeries can be performed at the same session.
May 23, 2012
Yes you can do both at the same time. The lower lid surgery should be done first so that the nasal surgery swelling won't interfere with the amount of skin excision.
I Have a Dent After Rhinoplasty.
Dents after rhinoplasty can be fixed if necessary.
Apr 12, 2012
If the dent persists at 6 months after rhinoplasty, then it is probably not going to go away on its own. Injecting silicone into the defect can permanently correct the problem (non-surgically) if necessary. At 3wks after surgery, your defect may still be transient and related to tissue fluid redistribution.
Bulbous nose with thick nose tip…any solution?
Thinning tip Skin & cartilage will reduce a bulbous tip.
Apr 12, 2012
There are a few different techniques to 'refine' a bulbous nasal tip. In addition to the typical surgical excisions to the alar (tip) cartilage to reduce its size; careful removal of the subdermal soft tissue can thin the skin and improve its ability to redrape around the smaller tip cartilages.
What Would Be the Best Approach to Fix my Tear Troughs?
Fix tear troughs permanently with silicone
Apr 12, 2012
I've studied all the pictures you submitted. Injecting micro droplets of liquid silicone can erase the tear trough depression. The added bulk may minimize some of the fine wrinkling noticeable on smiling as well.
One Year Post Septorhinoplasty and my Nose Looks Deformed
Nonsurgical rhinoplasty may be the least traumatic answer
Nov 12, 2011
If the implant is not too big or too displaced, then my nonsurgical rhinoplasty using my micro droplet technique injecting medical grade liquid silicone into the 'defects' would fix the problem – permanently and immediately without the need for surgery or recovery at far less expense!
Is It Possible to Narrow the Nose Tip, with Closed Rhinoplasty?
Nasal tip narrowing
Oct 30, 2011
Yes. The tip is narrowed by gaining access to the tip cartilages from inside the nostrils. They are then trimmed to.make them smaller and narrower.
Is It Possible to Reduce Nostril Flare with Internal Excisions?
Nostril Flare
Oct 28, 2011
Yes. It is possible to reduce nostril flare and the lower 1/3 width of the nose with internally by excising a diamond shaped soft tissue beneath the collumella-upper lip area; and then by suturing the defect closed and thus converting the diamond defect into a straight line, the width of the nose decreases while at the same time increases the height of the nasal tip, and widens the naso-labial angle. Additional adjustments to equalize the width descrepancies of your nose would be…
The Doctor Cheated Me on my Nose Job. I Don’t Have $ for Revisionary. What Can I Do?
My permanent non-surgical rhinoplasty
Oct 28, 2011
My permanent non-surgical rhinoplasty may be able to fix or improve your problem if there are residual concavities or assymmetries (at 75% less cost and hastle). You can send me your front and profile pictures and/or visit my website: donaldtlevinemd.com for further information.
