Thank you for taking the time to submit your question. Based on your photos and your description, I feel that your assessment is doable. Of course, you would need an in-person visit to examine the inside of your nose. That cannot be done virtually as you would know. Please find an experienced plastic surgeon that can address all of your concerns.

There is no doubt that fat transfer to the breast along with a breast lift works.  The variables to be concerned are the following: how much of lift is needed, how much of an augmentation is desired and how much fat do you have for the transfer.  One benefit that many doctors do not mention is the fact that in harvesting or gathering the fat, you benefit from what liposuction has to offer.  Not a bad trade off!! Thank you for submitting your question and photograph.  Addressing a bulbous nasal tip is a very common concern and question.  The tip cartilages can be reshaped to give you the desired shape, size and proportion to go along with the rest of your nose, and of course, with your entire face.  It can be done either with the closed or open technique depending on the scope of work.  Please find an experienced nasal surgeon as part of your search.  Good luck.

I have been very happy performing a breast lift and fat transfer on patients that need the lift and also need volume added. You need to have sufficient areas of fat to harvest. One really nice benefit is the body contouring result from doing the liposuction component. The other issue is the amount of volume that can be achieved with fat compared to an implant. Most of these procedures that I do are performed with a cocktail anesthesia that is safe predictable and comfortable.

Thank you for your submitted question.  There are 3 well  documented incisions that surgeons will use to insert a breast implant: periareolar, in the lower fold of the breast (inframammary) and armpit (axillary).   Find a surgeon who will show you the scars from any approach.  The axillary approach is known as the scarless breast augmentation because the scar is totally hidden in the armpit area.  Good luck with your search.

Accutite and Morpheus8 are suitable options to address this small area of concern for you.  It will most likely require subsequent treatments with Morheus8 to achieve the skin contraction that is needed.  It is performed under local anesthesia. If you wish for your hump to be lowered, the traditional techniques to lower the cartilaginous portion of the hump entail using a knife or scissors.  Look into the VAPOR Nose option that does not entail using a knife or scissors.  The remaining bony hump can be lowered with a rasp and/or osteotome. Even though you are breathing well through your nose, the inside of your nose MUST be examined.

Thank you for submitting your question and photos.  If the muscle related neck bands bother you,  then you will need some form of necklift.  If those neck bands do not bother you that much, then a neurotoxin will soften them and at the same time the skin of the neck can be tightened with a combination of  heating using Facetite and Morpheus.  Just remember that the neurotoxin needs to be reinjected every few months.  Good luck.
