The skin is dry as a result of the nose being taped and casted for one week following surgery. Restart your normal skin care which should include a cleanser and a moisturizer. If ask my rhinoplasty patients to refrain from facials and microdermabrasion treatments for a period of 6 weeks following their surgery.

The imaging that you performed looks very nice. Dorsal reduction, tip deprojection and rotation. From the photos, I can’t appreciate the tip narrowing, but this is also a commonly performed component of rhinoplasty surgery.
