Tip Refinement Nose Correction In Middle Eastern Patient By Dr. Julian De Silva, MD, London,
This young Middle Eastern woman in her 20s was unhappy with a relatively large nose for her facial appearance and physique, the nasal bump and the relatively large bulbous nasal tip. Dr. Julian De Silva performed open ethnic rhinoplasty that included a reduction in the size of her nose, sculpting and specialised re-stitching with elevation of the nasal tip and the use of support grafts. On review of her photograph taken at 8-weeks after surgery, she has increased shape and definition of her nasal tip and almost invisible scar at 8-weeks after surgery. (Sep 5, 2019)
