Answer Snippet
How many steroid injections can be given to patient after revision rhinoplasty?
Steroid injections

After rhinoplasty one could have swelling that lasts 12-18 months especially if it was an open procedure.
You should discuss it with your plastic surgeon
Could I have a closed rhino or will a nose filler look good with my nose?
Rhinoplasty

It seems from your photos that you have a hump on the dorsum of your nose.
If you desire to improve your nose, the hump should be “shaved” off. It could be done by a closed rhinoplasty. Fillers would not correct your problem.
You should see a board certified plastic surgeon.
