Hi,based on your pictures, your height of the double fold is very small. too make the height even smaller, you will need time and aging to get more skin available to bring down the double lids. as for your scar, a revision can be done to make a cleaner line now but your fold may appear bigger. hope this helps.dr david kahng

Hibased on your pictures, you are a candidate for butt implants since you have already done a bbl and you do not have much fat to redo a bbl. as for the gluteal crease, some patients have a more pronounced line and other do not.....it is unlikely that you will develop a crease when doing a butt implant surgery. the butt implant surgery will give you more projection and better shape. I don't recommend cutting the area to give you a artificial crease. hope this helps.david kahng md

Hiif it has been at least a year from your surgery, sizing up is definitely a possibility. you can consider getting bigger implants based on either the diameter or the height of the implant or both. you can also have the option to create a custom implant based on your body's dimension. it would help if I could know your height and weight but based on your pictures, difficult to assess how much fat you have enough to do a bbl.....everyone has fat but you need a lot to show a difference in your butt volume and shape. ave volume to each buttock is usually 600-1000 cc of pure fat. higher volume is necessary because 50% of the amount transferred usually survive. hope this helps. I would recommend for you to go see a plastic surgeon for a consultation...

based on your comment, it should now be 4 months from you surgery. the picture you submitted at 3 weeks post op should now be very different. you still have 2 more months for further subtle shape changes and it will ultimately settle to final shape in 1 year from surgery. hope this helps.

based on your comment, it should now be 4 months from you surgery. the picture you submitted at 3 weeks post op should now be very different. you still have 2 more months for further subtle shape changes and it will ultimately settle to final shape in 1 year from surgery. hope this helps.

after reviewing your picture, your right eyelid crease is slightly larger than the left one. it is possible to revise your crease height but you need to wait at least 1 year from your surgery to allow scar maturation. each time you do surgery there are risks and asymmetry of the fold is a risk. it would be best to see your plastic surgeon or another plastic surgeon for evaluation. hope this helps.
