A tummy tuck will help remove excess skin and fatty tissue of the abdomen. This procedure can be performed with liposuction and frequently also involves plication( tightening) of the muscle fascia. In some patients with elevated BMI, intra-abdominal fat may limit the results. Thank you for the question. A breast lift is generally indicated to correct nipple and or glandular ptosis. Nipple ptosis is present when the nipple falls below the fold under the breast. Glandular ptosis is present when significant breast tissue has fallen below the fold. In my practice, after a lower facelift most patients feel comfortable in public after 1-2 weeks. It may take longer to feel comfortable at a major social event.  I usually remove sutures at one week postop. Exercise and activities that may put stress on the face and neck should be avoided until at least 6 weeks postop. I follow my patients very closely after a facelift and I will make recommendations regarding activities. Best of luck

Thank you for the question. Breast implants may appear elevated after surgery. The implants should eventually settle into the breast pockets with the center of the implant under the nipple. If nasal deformity or nasal obstruction persist after closed nasal reduction for a nasal fracture then an open reduction may be indicated. An open reduction means that incisions will be used to gain access to the nose in an effort to correct the injury. An examination is required to formulate the surgical plan. The plan would likely include osteotomies (controlled cuts in the nasal bones) as well as a septoplasty. Cartilage grafts may also be used. Best of luck!
