Neck skin can be evaluated on to levels. First skin quality, which is texture and tone. Treatment for improving quality includes radio frequency microneedling, or Chemical peels. At Modern Surgical Arts, we like to use your own growth factors from blood such as PRP and infuse into the skin with microneedling which has shown to stimulate collagen formation and skin quality. These procedures are great maintenance options for patients…

From the angle of the photo, it appears that the skin is contracted down on the cartilage or deficiency in the nasal cartilage on the left side of the tip.
It’s hard to say how this happened without a through history and exam.
but a simple and non-surgical option for treatment is to inject filler into the area, if there is a scar then it must be released first and then filled. Otherwise you will need a possible graft during a surgical r…

Yes that simulation looks realistic and possible to deliver if done by a facial cosmetic Surgeon who routinely does rhinoplasty procedures. Nasal esthetic augmentation surgery is by far the most challenging of all cosmetic surgery procedures.
Depending on what exactly is done during the procedure expected initial recovery time is 2 to 4 weeks long-term recovery and final results should be expected six months to one…

So Neck banding is caused by a couple of anatomical changes, mostly by the Platysma muscle which is a superficial thin muscle of the neck. Early agging process causes the muscle to have laxity and hang down from the neck. Secondly, skin elasticity changes caused the underlying muscle to show more as well.
Several Solutions for rejuvenation of the neck and bans for you include…
1. Botox for the muscle, and radiofrequency skin…

From the photos it appears that you have some mild skin laxity, minimal fat tissue. Also mild Platysma banding in the center under the chin.
A non surgical option is a combination of..
1. Botox for the Platysma muscle Banding
2. Skin tightening with Radiofrequency technology such as ThermiTight, or Plasma
It’s too early for surgical options for you.
Hope that helps

If at all possible it would be ideal to have both procedures done at the same time under general Anesthesia while asleep.
Otherwise it does not really matter which one is done first. Ultimately it’s between you and your surgeon’s preference.
Hope that helps,

Looking at your picture, the first question I like to answer in regards to indications for a lip lift procedure is, how much tooth show of your front teeth do you have with your mouth/jaws slightly opens at rest. Ideal front tooth show should be 3-4mm. Anything more than that would make you a bad candidate for this procedure
Secondly, we would need to measure if your upper lip in order to attain the upper…

Not having your submamdibular glands can actually make your lower face and neck lift possibly even better Because there will be less shoes for Miss under your jaw line where the salivary glands used to be.
With that said, there will also be a fair amount of scarring and fibrous tissue which will make the face and Necklift a bit more challenging; possibly even increasing the risk of sensory nerve damage.
You…

Looking at your photos, with your upper lip at rest, you are showing more than 3 to 4 mm of your upper teeth without smiling which is the maximum limit of a youthful smile. To me this means you do not have much room to raise or change the length of your upper lip.
We would also need to do a measurement from the base of your nose to your upper lip line, any distance than 15 mm would risk in overtly shortening of your lip…

Glad to hear you are doing well after the incident. There are rare conditions of hypercoagulation due to clotting factor abnormalities which can cause suddenly ischemia in healthy and even young patient patients without risk factors. Sometimes triggered by stress or a viral infection.
You should first attain medical clearance by your neurologist and or hematologists prior to considering elective surgery; as surgery/Anesthesia can…

Your best and permanent option for lifting the brows is a surgical lift. This can be done with a minimally invasive lateral brow lift in the lateral scalp area where the incisions are not visible at all. Also An Endoscopic brow lift , done within the scalp as well, this option gives the best and most permanent results.
A non-permanent option can’t be done with Botox injected under the eyebrows to G…

A facelift/Necklift procedure solves the problem with excess skin (quantity), sagging of tissue /muscle attachments and looking at your photos you have pretty good results from that.
But, a facelift doesn’t do much for improving the quality of the skin. With aging there is decrease skin elasticity, collagen, and texture of the skin.
So, solutions to skin quality improvements for you at this point w…

Ultimately you should Talk to your surgeon about how far from away from the incisions to apply the cream and when to start using it.
Hope that helps,

We usually do chemical peels at the same time of the FaceLift just staying away from the incision sites if it’s done at the same time.
The advantage of doing a peel after a facelift procedure is that we can go over the incisions and help improve the appearance during the healing phase. I usually do the peel at 4-8weeks.
Hope that helps

The nasal tip continues to reduce it’s swelling and form it’s final shape from 6months to 1yeat post surgery.
A pollybeak deformity would have a deficiency in the supratip, under developed and concave in that area. Treatment for that would be a graft or a filler, definitely not steroids which make it more flat.
At this point from your photos, you don’t look like you have a pollybeak, I would recommend waiting and following up with your surge…
