You have enough fat that you could still get a good result for BBL, however I would recommend trying to gain some weight first. By gaining 5-10 lbs even, you could get a much more dramatic result! We perform BBL on patients with your body type all the time and get great results

I think you should be examined by a plastic surgeon to see what areas are causing you the problem. Is it the lateral or posterior projection that you do not like? some targeted minimal liposuction can then be done to get you the result you want without completely sacrificing your results.

You are very thin and the likelihood that you would be able to get enough fat for a dramatic BBL result is low. In patients with very low fat such as yourself we often recommend that they try to gain weight for 3-6 months in a healthy way. through weight lifting, and healthy calories. If this doesnt work, then we look to using implants.

Based on your photos you would be a great candidate for liposuction to your torsoand to smooth down the area over your hips to give a more gradual transition. Depending how much liposuction is done you may require an additional skin tightening treatment at the time of your procedure in order to not have loose skin.

This would likely need to be repaired with a surgery. The area of your nose that seems to be bothering you the most looks to be the part of the nose that is made of bone. I would not recommend shifting the bone without having the patient asleep for the procedure.

You may need a procedure to correct this, however the nose holds swelling for a very long time. I would recommend waiting at least 6 months before even considering stepping into a plastic surgeons office. Most of the time, these issues will correct themselves with time as the swelling improves.
