Doctor's answers

Great question. The easy answer is yes, your nose can be altered and it could be improved upon. You are looking to reduce your hump, and alter the projection/rotation of your nose. Counter rotating your nose which is what you have demonstrated in your morphed images is a very difficult task and one which is not easily accomplished. I would recommend that you seek an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon to accomplish such as task.

It is not uncommon to experience swelling and occasional bumps/lumps after filler injection, especially after lip injections. Massage is an option, but sometimes this can simply be swelling or perhaps even a small hematoma (blood collection). You are best to follow up with your injector so they can take a look.

Great questions. Swelling and bruising can last up to 10-14 days after filler injection. Every patient is different and it is sometimes hard to predict. It is always best to plan for a worst case scenario. The more you ice after the injections the better off you will be.

As your continue to heal after your rhinoplasty you will experience many unique feelings including pressure and tightness. You may also have a stiff upper lip, a tightness with smiling, and some loss of sensation. All of these changes are normal and not concerning. Just continue to allow the healing process to progress.

Sorry to hear you are having some breathing difficulty. You are still very early in your recovery period, and intra-nasal swelling and mucous production can absolutely obstruct some breathing for quite some time. I would expect that your breathing would continue to improve as time goes on. That being said, without being able to examine your nose in person it is difficult to tell for sure.

NO, periodontal disease in no way precludes you from undergoing a facelift, and you are not at any increased risk of post-op infection.

I would recommend that you set up an in person consultation with an experienced facial plastic surgeon so that he might examine your lips, and together you can discuss the options that you have available to you. Your lips have a great shape to them that might potentially be better defined, but an in person consultation would be best.

Yes, there is a chance that damage could have been done if the blow to your nose was forceful enough. I would recommend seeing your surgeon so that he can assess your nose.

Yes you are an excellent candidate for a rhinoplasty. The goal of rhinoplasty is to provide you with a nose which blends with your surrounding facial features and complements your face. By narrowing your tip and reducing the so called bulbous nature of it by reshaping your cartilage in addition to slightly lowering your bridge you would be left with an excellent looking nose. Make sure you see an experienced facial plastic surgeon.
