When I look at your pictures, I think what stands out to me is your nose and chin. I think a rhinoplasty and chin reduction could really help feminize your face.  I have a new theory on beauty that could help you when you see other plastic surgeons and discuss what would be good to do. I think what you could do to make your face look more feminine is probably start with a rhinoplasty I think maybe if it was smaller it would make you look more feminine. Based on your how you look I think that your eyebrows are down sloping on the sides I think would be important to raise the sides of your eyebrows up to give you more of a feminine look. How do I feminize my face. I think your face looks pretty feminine. I would suggest probably rhinoplasty to make your tip a little more ideal and fitting to the rest your face based on my theory on beauty. And I would also consider shortening your upper lip so that it’s about an iris width in length. I would also consider volumizing your upper eyelid area so that your not so Hollow. This would also soften your look. You an even make your lips a little bigger.
