You are a great candidate for a breast lift. The breast augmentation with breast lift recommendation would depend on your desired result. If you desire upper pole fullness then I would recommend placing an implant at the time of the lift. A breast lift alone will elevate the nipple and tighten loose breast tissue but will not provide more fullness. You will need an implant if that is what you desire. A large procedure like this does require clearance with lab exams and a full health history evaluation to determine if this is a good option for you. Hello, thank you for your question. Every surgeon has their own preferred recovery plan with BBL surgery. Some surgeons emphasize using the "BBL pillow", while others educate patients on other ways to rest. I personally do not utilize the BBL pillow because I feel that positioning regular pillows at certain angles during those first few weeks of recovery work very well and do not disrupt fat placement. You may be a candidate for cellfina but you will need to be evaluated in office to evaluate your skin elasticity. This procedure removes cellulite by "releasing" the tethered band in the fat layer that is creating this dimple. Once this band is released, the dimple will be significantly improved.
