Destructive reductions of the nasal framework don’t end up well- this lady lived with the ‘tell-tale’ signs of rhinoplasty for several years before finally having a reconstruction to create a pretty nose. Pollybeak,alar/columella disproportion,excessive nostril length. On-table result of revision surgery.
