You should NOT require another invasive procedure after undergoing Smart Lipo if done correctly. Now that being said, everyone heals differently and everyone starts with a different body mass. Nothing is ever 100% in cosmetic surgery. If the “procedures” that you are referring to are lymphatic massage or non-invasive ultrasound therapy, then it is a different story. It is quite common to develop bumps and lumps after any liposuction procedure. These usually resolve with time. Lymphatic massage and ultrasonic treatment may help speed up the process. I also recommend to be as active as you can and to follow the instructions for the compression garment. Definitely inform your surgeon during your follow up visits.
