Hello Gertijon,
The short answer is yes you can have a septoplasty after a rhinoplasty. I would recommend that you wait 2 months following the rhinoplasty to allow swelling to decrease. By no means will your cosmetic changes be settled by this point. However, addressing the septum will typically improve airflow through the nose and should not disrupt the appearance of the nose. Providing additional photos of your nose would be helpful. The current photo is too far away to get a good…
