Lips are very sensitive so swelling can occur after injection of fillers.  To start suggest no hot liquids until the swelling decreases.  If the asymmetry were to persist after the swelling resolves a hyaluronic acid gel filler can be dissolved with injection of hyaluronidase.  This can reduce or remove the filler.

Suggest treatment with a fractional CO2 laser and an Erbium:YAG laser.  These can often be performed during the same session.  Even with this regimen the acne scars will not be completely eliminated.  Usually it takes a few days for the initial recovery.  As this treatment stimulates neocollagen production the scars will continue to improve for up to six months after the treatment.

We too use a mixture of white vinegar and water after fractional laser treatment.It's best to use the mixture recommended by your physician.Typically there is a very quick recovery after this procedure.  If we treat someone on a Thursday afternoon they are usually back at work on Monday.  For someone who cannot take any time off work we recommend microneedle radiofrequency.  After this procedure most patients can return to their regular activities the following day.

Suggest treatment with Hyaluronidase.  Typically the "bump" will start to improve within 15 minutes of injection.  Do not favor "aspiration."  Many physicians will do a skin test to check for possible allergy to hyaluronidase before injecting it into your bump.

You have a common problem with your lower eyelidsA combination of surgery and a filler may be best.However most likely you will have a noticeable improvement with some Restylane.As these types of filler injections are close to the eye and other important structures recommend that this should only be performed by a physician with experience treating this issue.  
Deep acne scars, is there anything I can do? Will the DeepFX or the standard FX Laser work?

Acne scars require a series of treatments.  With these a good improvement can be achieved but scars are not usually completely eliminated.Typically an improvement can be achieved with a fractional laser, including the ones you asked about.  Not aware of a study that shows clear superior results from one fractional laser compared to others.

Treatment of acne scars can be challenging.The treatment varies depending on the type and location of the scars as well as the individual's biology.After treatments to stimulate development of new collagen it is best to allow time for the scars to improve.  Suggest that you give it at least six months to allow time for neocollagen generation prior to any additional treatments.

First of all suggest strict sun precautions to prevent photoaging as sun exposure can result in loss of collagen, skin thinning and even developing facial spider vessels.A neuromodulator such as Botox should give a significant improvement to your forehead linesThe slight parentheses around you mouth can be treated with a filler.  The question is have these been present since your childhood.  If so recommend not treating them at this time
