Based on these photos and your complaints, I would recommend a true rhinoplasty. Liquid rhinoplasty is not a good way to support the tip.  Though you can push the tip up a bit with a columellar injection, the support is not good over time.  I think with a well-planned and well-executed rhinoplasty, you will be very pleased.

Your profile could seriously be incredible!  The thing to do is first create a radix take-off point for your nose that is defined and clear.  I would then contour the bridge with a hint of a curve…and then sculpt the tip.  Get a consultation with a rhinoplasty surgeon where you like their before and afters!

Is Rib cartilage recommended for primary rhinoplasty?

My preferred technique for raising the bridge height is by using diced cartilage and fascia.  Rib cartilage can be used, but it is a choice after using septum and ear cartilage in PRIMARY rhinoplasty. I do not like silicone implants or anything else synthetic.
