Hi there. Thanks for asking your question. Many patients face this dilemma so we appreciate that you posed the question. Smartlipo is most successful in instances were the patient has good to excellent skin quality with minimal stretch marks. From your photographs it appears that you would not be a good candidate for SL and your results would be disappointing.  A full tummy tuck with lipo360 is recommended after you’ve finished having children. Good luck to you.

You’re best bet would be a full tummy tuck with possible umbilical hernia repair. The excess skin can be redraped and skin below the belly button can be removed. Muscle repair is usually indicated based upon your pregnancy history.

I’d recommend that you consult with your surgeon regarding supplementation. In practice, it does appear that bromelain is effective in reducuswelling and resolving bruising.

Hello. Provided that you are in good health  and depending on your expectations, you may be a good candidate for BBL surgery. Excess abdominal skin may be an issue in which case a staged tummy tuck or skin removal may be necessary. Good luck

Hello and thanks for your question.  I usually do not recommend weight gain for my patients because it may be difficult to maintain that weight after surgery. However, for healthy weight gain you may consider the MUFA diet which is based upon healthy monounsaturated fat options (avocados, nuts, etc.). Good luck.

You have definitely benefited from the procedure and you will continue to see improvements over the next 6 months provided that you maintain healthy habits. At this phase most patients resume their exercise regimens to enhance your results.
