Thank you for your question. Yes, I do believe that you may have a tummy tuck after gallbladder surgery if your surgeon follows the technique of lipo-abdominoplasty as described by Dr. Oscar Saldaha( Brazilian plastic surgeon) which would involve no undermining beneath your gall bladder scar. I have performed this procedure several times in patients with open gallbladder scars without any difficulties.

Thank you for your question. After reviewing your photos I believe you would be a great candidate for an open rhinoplasty. You will achieve substantial improvement to your nose by this procedure. As far as breastfeeding goes you are correct in that you do need to wait at least 6 weeks once you have finished breast feeding in order to proceed with surgery.
Is this my final belly button result? 2 months post op full TT and muscle repair.

Thank you for your question. After looking at your photo it does look like the shape and size of your belly button will remain the way they are. As far as the redness that should still subside within the next few months.

Thank you for your question. Based on the photos that you have submitted it does look like you are most likely developing a capsule due to the elevated position of the implant. The key to determining a breast capsule would be based on palpitation of the breast which I would recommend consulting your physician so he can make that determination.

Thank you for your question. Based on the photographs that you submitted it appears as if you have “true ptosis” of the left upper lid. This results in the lowering position of the lid and also the high lid fold on the left side compared to the fold on the right. This can be corrected but requires a more difficult surgery then just a cosmetic upper lid blepharoplasty.

After reviewing your photos it does look like you have a septal deviation and possibly asymmetry of the tip cartilage. Both of these concerns can very well be addressed by an open septoplasty.

Thank you for your question. I think if you are motivated enough, a vertical mastopexy with a very conservative silicone gel implant to maintain the desired degree of fullness in your breast would be my recommendation. In my experience, this combo procedure produces a much better/ longer lasting result verses doing either of these procedures alone.
Do I need a full or a mini tummy tuck?

After reviewing your photos I would recommend a full abdominoplasty. In my opinion a mini tummy tuck procedure will result in downward placement of your pre existing lower belly button and will leave you with an unnatural looking result.
The scab has finally fallen. Is this partial or full necrosis?

Based on the photos you have submitted, it appears that you have suffered full thickness skin necrosis. Generally, such a problem like this is generally managed by conservative wound care measures, allowing the wound to heel by secondary intention. Once the wound is healed revision surgery will be needed.

Thank you for your question. If you are motivated enough I think you would be a great candidate for a conservation silicone gel breast augmentation. In my opinion 350cc ultra high profile will be to large for your frame and will likely give you to much upper fullness that will not make your results look natural.

Thank you for your question. After reviewing your photos it does look that your implants are very medial and are approaching the definition of symmastia. It is unlikely that the use of a “thong bra” will do any good. In my experience you will require a surgical revision with downsizing of your breast implants that appear to be to wide for your chest wall and I would also recommend the use of ADM.
