Great question! There is definitely evidence that people with higher metabolic rate or whom are very physically active will run through their Botox and even hyaluronic acid fillers quicker. Thanks so much for sharing your photos. I personally have a lot of luck with perioral Botox. The orbicularis oris is a circular muscle responsible for pursing and overtime causing inward turning and thinning of lips. Because your issues seems to be not enough eversion of the left lateral upper lip, 2-3 units of Botox can improve that. It’s also very inexpensive and low risk.
