A tip Rhinoplasty refines the tip of the nose. The results are affected by the tip cartilage quality (strength) and the thickness of the nose skin. While a tip Rhinoplasty has  an easier recovery, for most noses a complete Rhinoplasty produces a nose with overall better balance. In other words, sometimes you do more to make it appear like less was done. That is especially true of nose surgery.  Dr. B.

The fact that your nose was broken at some point in the past does not affect the actual surgery at this time. A rhinoplasty for you needs to address your concerns of crookedness, extra width, lack of definition and your breathing/septum, if the latter is an issue. Dr. B.
