Your pictures demonstrate a left caudal septal deviation, this is causing a significant obstruction to the left side. From your description, it does not sound as if you significantly injured your nose. If your nose hurts, but looks the same to you, feels essentially the same, and no change in breathing, then surely everything will be okay. No, your nose will not grow bigger due to this injury.Of course, the safest thing to do would be to see a local rhinoplasty surgeon to let them see and feel your nose. That will certainly give you the most reassurance and is the best medical advice.

The asymmetry in your nostrils that is shown here can certainly be from swelling. Rhinoplasty is on just one nose but there are two sides! If the surgical dissection proceeded a little more smoothly on one side compared to the other, or if some bleeding was encountered on one side that required cautery, or if one side simply responded to the surgery with a little more swelling than the other, those could all explain this sort of asymmetry. One week after surgery is VERY early. So be patient…

The “textbook” answer is that it should be fixed within the first two weeks before the bones begin to really heal.However, in my practice I have reduced nasal fractures at every possible time – immediately, 2 days, 2 weeks, 2 years, 20 years!
