I know how you feel to have a crooked nose. I had lots of patient with a case same as your, who has deviated & crooked nose. As per your concern it will not be a complicated surgery but it will be a 45-60 minutes procedure. During the procedure your nose need to be straightened, reshaped and refinement also.And I would suggest to go for a closed rhinoplasty approach with less downtime & minimum scar.

Thanks for sharing your picture, you should have shared your frontal nose view pictures to consider the symmetry. You definitely need a hump reduction from nasal bridge so to maintain the symmetry of your nose. Also I suggest to get a live 3D nose mapping before getting rhinoplasty surgery, where you can compare your before & after result.

I can understand that you feel insure in traveling abroad to get the Rhinoplasty treatment. I dealt with lots of patient coming from abroad and suggest traveling after your surgery is completely fine but need to follow the suggestions strictly.

Your picture makes me think what you don’t like about your nose. You should have posted your front face view so to get the clear picture on your case. And as per your question, yes the nostrils can be shortened but your Dorsum and Nose tip has to be come down so to give the natural looking nose. Also, I suggest to go for closed rhinoplasty technique as it helps to minimize scars.

Thanks for bringing this question as I am getting lots of cases like yours who did revision rhinoplasty and suffered breathing problem.
Seeing at your pictures it seems your nose tip needed reshaping to get more natural looks. A spreader graft can be used to correct the collapse but its depends on your skin thickness. But I would suggest to give your nose a good time to heal before going for your 3rd rhinoplasty.
