Thank you for your question. Yes, there are many different techniques and approaches with a rhinoplasty and it is possible to have surgery on just your tip. Please see a Board Certified Operating Surgeon for a consultation and he or she can give you a pricing estimate. The acne should not be a problem, however refer to your surgeon for his or her specific recommendations. Best of luck to you.
