Best approach to make nose longer?
Nasal lenghtening during Rhinoplasty

Rhinoplasty to lengthen a nose is usually done by adding cartilage (septal, ear, or rib) extending beyond the end of the septum. These are called septal extension grafts, however, the limiting factor may be skin shortage that limits the degree of improvement. Fillers are a not a great idea for lenghtening the nose so I would not recommend that. Best of luck.

Protruding noses can be corrected by a closed rhinoplasty, or a nose job without external incisions or scars as you describe. In addition, noses can be widened when it is indicated. This is usually done by reducing the height of the nasal cartilage and nasal bones, and adding width to the middle part with spreader grafts, which is cartilage borrowed from the septum.
