Without seeing any photos, it is difficult to know where the problem lies. It sounds like, however, you have had too much cartilage removed from the alar cartilages or upper lateral cartilages, or both. The difficulty breathing would then be due to lack of support, rather than just scar tissue. Kenalog may not be the best answer. Nasal stents (retainers) can be useful to help support the nostrils and to keep the airways patent.

Are you middle-eastern or south asian? Do you have any photos from before your operation? To me it looks like your nose has been over-reduced in size. The dorsum has been lowered too far, and has lost its definition. The radix is now too low. From the front, the dorsum looks slightly pinched and the nose looks deviated somewhat, and the tip looks broad.
