You really need to ask your PS. I prefer that my patients refrain from any working out for 2-3 weeks. It’s close to 6 weeks before I allow any upper body exercise. You really need time for the chest to heal. The time off is highly variable and depends on implant placement and type of implant used. 
Will someone help me with selecting an implant size as my BA is in 5 days!

You have provided plenty of good information but the best thing you can do is discuss it in detail with your PS.  Make sure he is aware of the physical difference between your breast. Give him a good description of what you want to look like after surgery. Most PS can use this information to get the patient exactly what they want.  The satisfaction rate for this surgery is through the roof so I’m sure you will do great!

Considering your current pictures and what you would like for your breast to look like in the future, I would recommend getting a lift.  A lift will help tighten the lower pole of your breast while placing your nipple/areola higher.  This will in turn give you a fuller perkier breast.  Shape trumps scars but it is very understandable to have concerns about scars on your breast.  It is also an option to have the implants placed and come back later for the lift.   While having two operatio...

This type of question is very difficult to answer with out seeing you in person.  I would certainly ask you PS what is going on.  It is certainly possible that the healing is taking longer than usual.  That just may be the way you are.  Some patients will take a month or so to get back to close to normal.  It may also be a fluid collection or possibly some edema within the soft tissue of the abdominal wall.   Sounds like you are doing everything else correct.  Good luck.

It really depends on what type of operation you had and where your implants are placed.  A general rule of thumb is if it doesn't hurt then its probably ok.  Check with your doctor and see if you implants are above or below the muscle. 
19 days post op BA, right incision not healing like the left incision. Is this normal?

The dark fluid is more than likely old blood.  There could be a hematoma in the surgical site that is slowly draining.  I would certainly get your doctor to check it out and make sure that there isn't anything that needs to be done to prevent implant exposure.

It is often the case to find the R side implant move more to your side.  More times than not the ribs on the right have more slope to them and provide  a less horizontal foundation for the implant.  I would imagine that the left side will eventually become more mobile and the difference will not be as evident.  If it gets worse there are several different procedures to try and keep the implant more on your chest. 
It still looks like I did not have a tummy tuck, is this just because of swelling?

There  can be a tremendous amount of swelling after an abdominoplasty.  It is important to follow all of your doctors instructions and keep your appointments. There are all manner of things to watch for including fluid collections. Adrian Smith

I would  certainly check in with your plastic surgeon. There are a lot of reasons to have drainage from your breast after surgery. Most of these reasons are quite simple and easy to fix. Sometimes drainage may indicate a deeper problem so I would highly recommend seeing your PS

The depression in the columella can certainly be fixed.  There are several ways to approach this- everything from fillers to cartilage grafting.  This could be incorporated into your rhinoplasty.  Prices vary tremendously from region to region as well as from doctor to doctor.  I would contact several doctors in your area.  Make sure they are board certified.  Also don't forget that you may have to pay for quality.Good luck

You are very early in your healing process so something non surgical might work. Often times swelling along the infra mammary fold will make it appear as if the implant is too low.  Keep your appointments and follow your MD’s instructions.  Good luck

Judging from your pictures I would recommend a full anchor or Wise pattern lift.  It may be difficult to remove all of the excess areola on the shorter side with one operation.  Your breast have a fairly wide base so either of those implants that you have mentioned should work.  I think the biggest thing is that you have a realistic goal.  Your surgeon will use sizers during surgery and measurements before to help decide which implant will suit your needs.  The amount of breast tissue r...

Botox’s maximum effectiveness is only for six weeks. It is essentially all gone by three months.  It is unusual to still have symptoms or changes associated with Botox at a year out from your procedure.   I would certainly get evaluated by your plastic surgeon to see if there were any other reasons why your cheeks would be sagging.

A Weir excision will help the width of your nostrils.  It is surgery but doesn't involve the main body of the nose.  The scar usually disappears in a few months.  Other options include a true rhinoplasty with manipulation of your tip which may not be the best choice for someone who is happy with their nose.
