No. Whether you exercise or not, the duration of Botox effect is determined by the dose given (in units), the areas injected, the technique of injection, and the rate at which your body metabolizes Botox. Once the Botox “binds” to the nerve cell, exercise will not affect its duration of action. Will you need more units of Botox given more frequently if your BMI continues to decrease with exercise?
