As we age everything drops unfortunately but there’s hope ! I suggest putting filler in your cheeks called voluma and do ultherapy for lower face . It’s a nonsurgical facelift using ultrasound guided technology to lift and firm . It takes 3 to 4 months to start to see difference but last 2 years .

I feel kybella is a great option - only down fall is you look like a bullfrog for 48 hours and after a week the swelling should be resolved . It causes the fat cells to die and when they do you swell so the more the better!

First I must ask are you a runner or have health issues like overactive thyroid or Addison’s disease something that’s causing you to ramp up your metabolism or not react . If you have not had a physical and lab please do and then we can think of other modality outside a fast lift .
