A physical examination is really necessary to determine if you have separation of the abdominal wall muscles. I would suspect this since you have two children. Also you have excess skin with stretch marks. No amount of liposuction will help with this. Based on this, I would advise a tummy tuck but you need to consult a plastic surgeon to be sure.

I really don't know what kind of exercises you are doing because it is just time and healing which need to occur to allow the breasts to drop. You must be patient. It takes up to a year for this to happen. Don't do vigorous massage as this could cause deformity.

It is difficult to know exactly what is going on with this dimple in your cheek. Perhaps the "suture" just needs to be removed and the skin elevated where the dimple occurred. You should consult your plastic surgeon.

Columellar incisions always need special attention when closing. Because they are visible, we as plastic surgeons maintain precise closure methods to achieve almost an invisible scar. If your scars are visible, they may need revision. The other techniques you mentioned on,y go so far.

I agree that your breasts look asymmetrical. If a hematoma occurs, scar tissue develops. If the hematoma required drainage 3 times, intense scar tissue could have occurred. The reason you like the right breast over the left breast is because it is lifted. You need a breast lift to achieve the results you really want.
