If you are done bearing children then you are a great candidate for a tummy tuck. This would involve removal of the excess skin and tightening of your musculature. We would need to do a consult to evaluate the amount of visceral fat (gut fat) to determine what your opitmal weight would be going into the surgery. See the link below for an example.

You also need to be assessed for a possible umbulical hernia which may be able to be fixed at the same time as your belly button. You would need an in person assesment for this.

Hi there yes you can do tummy tuck again. It would be good for you to have an in person consult to assess how much loose skin you have above the belly button. This will determine if we can still have a very low tummy tuck scar and get the hole out from the current belly button. Some revision tummy tucks need a small vertical scar coming off the midpoint of the transverse scar.
You will also benefit tremendously from proper custom muscle tightening.

Hi there I typically recommended by Patient Eunice perform any strenuous exercise which increases the intro domino pressure for at least three months postoperatively I also have my patience wear a Velcro binder to protect the muscle repair for those three months while the muscle Playcation heels after that time the patient can slowly increase their activity to resume their normal exercise regimen

It appears that you may have gained some visceral fat during your healing time. Visceral fat is the fat under your muscles that is part of your gut.
Avoid alcohol and surgery foods like fruit juices and increase your calorie expenditures.
If you’re able to lose visceral fat - you tummy will be flatter.
When trying to obtain quote for BBL, doctor said I need tummy tuck. Would this be required? 113 lbs.

You would have a much better result by doing the tummy tick first because after 4 babies you have ver loose abdominal muscles ((diastasis) which is causing the pooch. This won’t be fixed by liposuction.

sorry to hear about your complication
after this much time without resolution I would recommend excison of the seroma capsule, but this would require lifting up the whole abdominal flap similar to your initial tummy tuck without the muscle tightening and has an extremely high success rate
another thing we could try is to place a drain through your belly button into the cavity which would be a much smaller procedure but this may be less effective

It is possible to do these surgeries together however your postoperative recovery is longer and more complication in terms of positioning restrictions. This question is best to discuss with your surgeon to determine what is best for you. There are risk and benefits to both and this question requires an agreement by both surgeon and patient to determine what is best in your particular situation. Good luck!

There is no specific reason why you cannot undergo your cosmetic procedures 2 weeks after your bunion surgery however this question is best discussed with your surgeon as he/she knows your medical history and can determine what is best for you.

There is no good answer to this question and depends on your specific risk factors for a blood clot and the amount of liposuction and fat transfer. I recommend that you discuss this with your surgeon to determine what is best for you.
