If you have acne you may need to treat acne. Acne could be causing Post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Also apply sunscreen once a day is not adequate. You need to reapply every 2hours. if daylight even in car and spf 30 at least

Looks Like PPP common, this is an Anatomical variation. They are seen in a higher percentage in uncircumcised men but harmless. They can be removed. These lesion tend to be stable and don’t really change. So if you see changing lesion follow up with your doctor.

The bumps may be due to a number of reasons:1) the moisturizer with SPF 30, it may be reaction to the chemical ingredients2) the type of peel , it’s ingredients and you may be having an allergic reaction3) acne breakouts that sometimes occur after a peel ( not clear by picture)I would use hycortisone only and follow up with your doctor.
