Every physician has their own pricing structure which is dependent on several variables. Location is just one of those variables as the cost of doing business is higher in Denver then say Colorado Springs.

I do think that the overall appearance of your nose is improved. It seems at though you would like to see more definition to the tip. Since it has been a full year since your surgery, which is the minimum recommended time before evaluating the final result from a rhinoplasty, I think the best option is to see a few surgeons that are experienced with revision rhinoplasty to get their opinions.

Hi. My opinion is that breast augmentation with a lift would be ideal. You could do the BA without the lift if you go with a large implant but that may require placing an implant larger than you desire. There are some other variables that a board certified plastic surgeon can discuss with you before making such a decision. I would also recommend getting a few consults before making that decision.
