Answer Snippet
What procedures details would I need for revision rhinoplasty?
Revision rhinoplasty
Jun 16, 2020
Your nasal profile not straight and makes the tip of your nose appear “over projected”
You will benefit from adding cartilage to “straighten” your profile
Then you will also benefit from “de-projecting” the tip of your nose
These changes will bring elegance to your nose and face
Is There Any Way to Fix Ueven Ears?
Uneven ears
Jun 6, 2020
Therrtherr
There are several procedures to correct asymmetrical ears
We need to review photos to identify the problem(s).
Are your ears at different positions
Are they different sizes
Are the “anatomical subunits” different
photographs will be helpful to identify the problems
I am a 20 year old and my ears are sticking out. What if I try cartilage but not otoplasty?
Otoplasty
Jun 6, 2020
Your ears have the correct anatomy, but protruding. This is from inadequate “folding” of the ante helical aspect of your ears
A procedure called “incision-less” Otoplasty is appropriate. This re-sculptures you ears without incisions.
Will the fact that I’ve previously had 2 non-surgical rhinoplasties effect the success/results of a
Rhinoplasty
Apr 15, 2020
The previously inserted fillers will not affect a rhinoplasty surgery
During further consultations, make sure you communicate each and every concern you have (bridge, profile, tip, nostrils, breathing, etc)
If your dr has a computer program, he (she) can show you options
Is it possible to change the angle (position) of the ear with otoplasty?
Otoplasty
Apr 15, 2020
The excessive “protrusion” of your ears has been adequately corrected
All of the “anatomical subunits” of your ears are proportional
Any additional surgery will compromise an excellent result
Uneven ears after otoplasty? Need doctor advice. Do you think it can be fixed easily?
Otoplasty
Apr 2, 2020
It is uncommon to have this amount of asymmetry of your ears from an otoplasty procedure. It is important to know what technique he performed and what was the pre operative appearance of your ears.
Your right auricle is considerably different from the left in size, appearance, and amount of protrusion.

Discuss these issues with your surgeon. They can be corrected under LOCAL anesthesia.

I would like a second opinion: should I do a rasping procedure or a revision?
Bump on nose post operative
Mar 30, 2020
This is NOT an uncommon post operative issue. Occasionally, there is scar tissue or unevenness of the nasal bones that require minimal “rasping” under local anesthesia. You should definitely wait at least ONE YEAR for any revision.
Should I use filler or surgery to get my dream nose that has more projection and definition? (photo
Rhinoplasty
Mar 3, 2020
As previously mentioned, the skin of your nose is considerably thicker that the model you are comparing to
You will benefit with cartilage grafts into the tip of your nose. You will most probably not achieve the definition of the model
Very challenging, see an experienced surgeon
What is the best option to remove the fat from my cheeks, underneath my chin, and my neck?
Fatty neck
Feb 21, 2020
Your thyroid surgeon was correct in removing only PART of your thyroid gland. With no cancer, in is essential to leave as much normal thyroid as possible so you won’t have to be on thyroid medication the rest of your life.

Your skin appears excellent ant “tight”. Therefore liposuction will give you what you are looking for.

Is it possible to rectify results from first ear surgery? I am currently deeply unhappy with the as
Otoplasty
Feb 6, 2020
You have mild asymmetry of the upper aspect of your ears. The “protrusion” of your ears appears normal, the asymmetry is mild.
You need to make sure you communicate well with your surgeon all your concerns. the protrusion of your ears appears satisfactory.

.

Are midfacial (non-silicone plz?) implants and/or revision rhinoplasty best for fixing my 45 degree
Facial implants
Jan 18, 2020
You have minimal facial asymmetry
Am concerned that any implants or filler will not give you improved results
Not perfect, but very attractive
remember “the enemy of good….is better”
I recommend you have no further surgery
Is fat transfer a good treatment for me or is it better to go for mini facelift?
Mini face lift
Jan 15, 2020
You are an extremely attractive woman
You do not need a mini face lift
fat injections will give unpredictable results with your flawless skin
You may want to consider filler with Radiesse
Nothing more
I’d like a smaller nose, but is my skin too thick for it? What could be done to my nose?
Rhinoplasty
Jan 15, 2020
Your skin is not too thick to achieve a pleasing aesthetic nose
You can benefit from repositioning your “alar” cartilages, minimally elevating the tip of your nose with a “tongue in groove” technique, and minimally resecting minimal amounts of the cephalic portions of your alar cartilages
Am I a good candidate for rhinoplasty?
Rhinoplasty
Dec 28, 2019
Your nasal tip is mildly wider than your nasal profile. This is exaggerated in your side views by a “hanging” columella.
Minimally narrowing the tip of your nose and reducing the “hanging” columella will give “gentle” improvement to an already esthetic nose
Will a lip lift also make lips even?
Lip lift
Dec 20, 2019
A lip lift can achieve
1) making the space between your nose and upper lip shorter
2) enlarge the thickness if your upper lip
3) show more of your teeth when smiling
Your upper lip is already large, perhaps from fillers. If it is naturally large, a lip lift may make your lips too thick. If you have had fillers to your lips, allow the filler to first dissolve
Then, a lip lift will achieve maximum improvement
