ALCL is extremely rare. Breast Augmentation is one of the most performed cosmetic surgeries in the US. All surgeries have risk including fat transfer to the breasts. If you desire greater than 1 cup increase in volume then I would recommend implant augmentation.

Based on your photos, I feel that you have enough redundant skin to warrant a full Abdominoplasty. I believe it would be rare to not have diastasis after two pregnancies. If there is diastasis, I would recommend diastasis repair to provide a better result post-operatively.

This incision was closed with an absorbable suture under the surface of the skin and weaves back and forth across the incision as a running stitch. The suture is tied with a knot at each end of the incision.
