This is a 72 y/o female found to have left breast DCIS. She underwent a left mastectomy followed by an immediate left DIEP Breast Flap Reconstruction by Dr. Whitfield. She underwent a reconstruction revision with fat grafting and a nipple reconstruction. Her reconstruction was completed with NAC tattooing.
