This patient is a 57 year old female found to have left breast DCIS. She underwent a left mastectomy followed by an immediate left DIEP breast flap by Dr. Whitfield. She also underwent a right breast mastopexy for symmetry. Her reconstruction was completed with left 3D NAC tatooing.
