Great question! It’s tough to say without having more photos to really give you a proper nasal analysis. Non-surgical rhinoplasties are becoming more popular but I suspect you need a true surgical rhinoplasty as fixing a flattened nostril is best done surgically. Nobody’s face is truly a mirror image of either side.
