Thank you for submitting the photo. Looks like there is some excessive skin in the upper third of the labia and Clitoris. Remember everyone is different. We have different body types and shapes. Same is true for labia and clitoral hood. If this appearance is bothering you aesthetically or functionally then only you should consider clitoral hood reduction. Otherwise you don't need it.

Hi , thank you for submitting the photo. Looking at the photo , it looks like you have prominent clitoral hood as well as generalized hypertrophy of the labia which extends down to the introitus or vaginal opening. It looks asymmetrical with slight more prominence on the right side. My opinion is that you will benefit from clitoral hood reduction along with linear labiaplasty. Hi , Labia puffing procedure usually involves either transfer of fat or HA ( Hyaluronic acid) fillers along with PRP ( platelet rich plasma) to labia majora or the outer lip. You can get the labia minora reconstruction which is usually surgical. Whether it is possible or not depends on clinical conditions. It is very difficult to answer the questions without any reference pictures as the answer will depend on how much skin is left behind, how is the elasticity of the tissue etc. Please...

Hi , looking at the picture you submitted there is gaping at the vaginal opening which is common after childbirth. Due to the gaping you can see the inside vaginal mucosa. This is usually corrected by vaginoplasty or perineoplasty procedure depending on the clinical findings. To diagnose prolapse you will need a thorough clinical examination . Hi, thank you for the pictures. I agree with the fact that you need liposuction of the Mons area to get rid of the bulge . You can have labia fat transfer with a liposuction of a different area as the amount necessary for the fat transfer will exceed the mons pubic area liposuction . Looking at your picture looks like you have some laxity of the skin of your outer labia or labia majora. Excessive weight loss or some times hormone changes as well as aging can decrease the collagen and elastic tissue in the labia giving it a saggy appearance . Reduction of the labia minora or the inner lips will give you satisfactory results along with some clitoral hood reduction.
