The double bubble is due to placement of implants below the natural fold of the breasts - your implant are relatively small and removal usually does not require any correction of your natural folds - if they are saline, your surgeon could just deflate then and see if that helps your back pain without any surgery - some surgeons are comfortable removing them under local but I would ask - it is usually a short procedure

Your description of the CS treatment seems very common in our practice - it is unusual to cover the umbilicus with the applicators - most of the excess fat above the umbilicus is usually in the central part which is why the applicators are usually placed in an oblique fashion
Breast reduction - wound dehiscence - will I need a scar revision?

This can be very stressful after reduction - it is possible that you would benefit from a scar revision in the future - open wounds are know to contract which will make the final healed scar much more narrow then the wound you presently have - different Plastic surgeon will handle this differently but I would suggest to remain open to possible scar revision in the future.
