Wounds can be discouraging, they take time to heal. If your wound is getting worse you need to see your plastic surgeon sooner rather than later. You have a granulating wound, which means the wound is showing sighs of healing. I suggest keeping the wound moist at all times, and you can use simple vaseline and nonstick pads over the wound. Typically, 2 weeks post -op you should be able to remove your steri strips. However only your plastic surgeon can tell you his preference. If you can't get to him, it could be difficult to get an appointment with another surgeon. The implants placement looks good. I see no major problems here. I would stick with your original plastic surgeon.

My best assessment from your oblique photo reveals a round lower eyelid on your left exposing more of the globe. You may benefit from a lower lid muscle elevation and lateral canthopexy. You will need a full evaluation to confirm . I hope this is helpful.

With any liposuction procedure six weeks is not enough time for healing. You will like your results more after 3-6 months. It will take more time for the post-surgical induration to subside. I would suggest you massage the wrinkled areas twice a day. Also, discuss this concern with your surgeon. He will be able to address any issues.

It is not too late for a breast lift. If you still like the size of your breast and don't have any complications, you should be able to keep the same implants. I suggest you consult with your plastic surgeon in person. Then you can make an informed decision about a mastopexy procedure.

You should know by 6 months if the ear will shift. Be very careful after surgery to not pop a stich which can alter your results also.
