This 57 year old female had saline implants placed by another plastic surgeon several years ago. No lift was performed and she complained of breast droop (or ptosis) and that her implants magnified the breast droop. She was also unhappy that her breast implants hung out to her sides (lateral displacement). During sizing in the office, she decided that she desired larger breasts. Here she is 1 year postop after breast implant exchange and vertical mastopexy (breast lift). I replaced the 240 cc saline implant on the right with a 700 cc silicone high profile breast implant. The left 270 cc saline implant was removed and a 750 cc silicone high profile was placed (Sep 6, 2019)
