Is necrosis a legitimate concern of non surgical nose job ?
Necrosis after non surgical nose job
Jan 27, 2020
Thank you for your question, mtimko. Necrosis is absolutely a risk associated with this procedure. Your injector should have measures to prevent it, and in the rare event that it does, measures to treat it.
What are the symptoms of a biofilm? When should I be concerned?
Likely Not but See Your Injector
Jul 10, 2019
Thank you for your question. I know it has been a little while since you posted, so hopefully it has improved.
Intermittent pain by itself is likely not indicative of an infection and even less likely to be due to an issue with biofilms. If you have other symptoms like you described (redness, swelling, drainage, etc.), and they persist after several rounds of antibiotics, it is something to consider.

I’m not privy to the details of your surgery, but two main issues come to mind: the structural changes of your nose after surgery and the function of the mucosal lining inside. If airflow through the nose is …
I’ve had severe dizziness since rhinoplasty/septoplasty/turbinate reduction and chin implant in Jan. Doc
Various potential reasons
Jul 10, 2019
Thank you for your question. This issue must be very difficult for you. There are various potential causes of your dizziness, and often the cause may not be so obvious from your labwork and imaging. It is best to see a neurologist, cardiologist, and otolaryngologist to investigate it further. Describing to your doctors the characteristics of your dizzy episodes, potential triggers, and other associated symptoms should help them formulate the best treatment…
