From the attached photos, a lift will take you to a full C cup without implants, pending clinical evaluation.You can always have the option of fat grafting to your breasts that will make you a cup bigger. This can be done at the same time.For patients who are 40 and above, I request a valid mammogram taken within the last year.

It is way early to determine as to whether you have a problem or not. There seems to be a scab there that will ultimately fall off with no problems. Besides, it is hard to tell from the attached photo without examination in person.I recommend sharing your concerns with your surgeon and adhere to your follow ups. He will be best to help you.

Cellulite can be superficial or deep and a consultation in person will help in determining either.It is very common to encounter Cellulite during BBL surgery and these are infrequently released with a good outcome.In my opinion, BBL should neither make them worse or better since the fat is injected at a deeper plane.I recommend seeking more than one consultation from surgeons in your city for proper ev and advice

You seem to be doing the right thing to aid the healing of your wound. When all is healed, a scar revision is possible. In my opinion, smoking and badly controlled diabetes do adversely delay healing of these wounds.Meanwhile, I recommend adhering to your follow ups and share your concerns with your surgeon. These wounds take time to heal and from the attached photos, I see good progress already.

These vary, based on individual patient’s built, degree of droopiness, breast base width, breast tissue character, skin envelope and as to whether an augmentation is warranted.I recommend seeking a consultation from an expert in your area for proper evaluation and advice.

I frequently perform both procedures together, in the right candidate such as a healthy non smoker.One advantage, is where the fat removed from your waist area during the tummy tuck portion, can be employed for enhancement in the same setting. And the loose skin from your waist area can be tucked into your abdominal wound giving you a better contour.I recommend seeking more than one consultation for proper evaluation and advice before making your final decision.

You did not mention how far out are you from your surgery. Having some degree of pigmentation may not be uncommon early in the recovery process.I recommend having these areas checked out by your surgeon. He will be best to advice you.I usually prefer to wait at least 3 months prior considering therapy to address this problem.A spectrum of conservative approaches are available to deal with this problem that vary from topical creams to laser therapy.

It is hard to tell from the attached photos. You seem to be a good candidate for BBL and to expect a great result. I do not see a skin overhang nor diastasis that warrant a tummy tuck. However, you still need to be evaluated in person for better evaluation and advice. Revision surgery to the breasts can be done at the same time as long as you are a healthy, non smoker. I may recommend seeking more than one consultation from experts in your city prior making your final decision.
