As noted by the responses of other doctors below, there is a difference of managementof this problem.  If you were not going away, I would adjust the pocket several weeks after surgery, before the capsule forms.  Having an operation and jumping on the plane shortly after does not make sense.

It certainly appears that you have pixie earlobes . This is caused by attaching the earlobe under tension.  I would wait a bit before revision.   Yoour surgeon would fix this under local anesthesia.

Thank you for your photograph.  I can understand why you would like this fixed.  You havent noted what your weight loss goal might be.  If you have reached this plateau, and you are a good surgical patient (BMI less that 30) you might do well.  Be prepare3ed if a significant amount of weight is lost after the procedure, you might need a revision.

It certainly appears that there is cause for some concern.  It is hard to tell with the photos, but you may benefit with a small lower abdominal revision.  We usually wait at least 6 months after the operation.  A  6 pound weight loss may also affect the result.

Your shopping list is a bit too long.  While there are surgeons who might undertake this lengthy operation, it is not in your best interest, because the complications do increase with length of surgery.

Unfortunately, you have a well known complication that may occur after massive weight loss and body contouring.  The troublesome thing is that you have a different surgeon managing your complication than the original surgeon.  Hopefully the amount aspirated will continue to decrease, if not, continues you will develop a bursa, and need additional surgery.

Thank you for your photo.  It certainly appears that you have a mild amount of gynecomastia.  The important thing with you Is that  the breast is not large, you should have a good result.  The procedure is under n hour, and performed under IV sedation.  I use ultrasound liposuction and power liposuction..  Rarely, it has to be excised through sa small incision around your areolar.

Seroma is one of the accepted but unfortunate complications of an abdominoplasty. The incidence of seroma with newer techniques has decreased over the years. Unfortunately, if you have had a seroma for 4 months simple aspiration of the seroma most likely will not remedy the situation, causing reoccurrence of the seroma. You'll need opening of the incision and removal of the capsule or lining of the seroma.

Basically, any technique used for submental liposuction would give you a good result. Because you are young your skin would tie in automatically, and any other laser procedure that claims skin contraction is unnecessary. I do agree with other doctors in that you do have a weak chin. A small implant place at the same time as it liposuction would give you even a better result.

I agree with Dr.Aldea below. While certainly large implants can cause back pain it is unlikely. If you have the implants removed, be sure that they are actually the cause of the pain. You should see a neurologist or spine surgeon to help you with the decision. Imagine how upset you might be if the implants were removed and you continued to have your back pain.
