That's such a small area of necrosis that it should heal without any major problems (assuming you're not a smoker). The scar could look a little worse in the end but that can be revised easily in the future under local anesthesia. I wouldn't sweat it too much. Everything will be fine.
Can a mole on my lips be removed with CO2 laser?

Hi,
In my opinion, the best treatment to remove the mole (nevus) on your upper lip would be to excise it under local anesthesia. This would be a 10 minute office procedure and leave a scar that usually would be almost imperceptible in the end if performed by an experienced plastic surgeon. CO2 lasering will cause the red color in your lip around the area to appear permanantly lighter in color which would be much more noticeable in the long run.

Typically 18 is not too young to get a breast augmentation as breast development is complete by then. Actually the timing in your case would be ideal since you'll be going to a new school and people wouldn't know how you looked before. It usually takes about 6 weeks to full recovery so I wouldn't recommend going to a rave before then, but after that there really isn't anything you can't do. You definitely do not have inverted nipples as they are protruding out from the breast or forward, which is normal. Inverted nipples protrude inward which leaves a crease or indentation where the nipple is. In some women the nipple may protrude inward but can protrude outward when stimulated or cold and this is still considered an inverted nipple. So unless your photos were taken under these circumstances and then retract inward, you don't have inverted nipples. Hope that helps.
