Everyone is at least a little asymmetric. Some of us are more than others. Liposuction is a very good correction for the flanks as the skin there is typically very elastic. If you should regain weight, it will distribute evenly throughout the remaining fat cells in your body. I would be happy to see you for a consult in the Scarsdale office.

Tummy tuck is definitely possible and safe now. However, there is a limit to how much liposuction an be done at the same time. While it will further distort your abdomen in the short run large volume liposuction is best done at least 6 months prior to the tummy tuck.

Eyelid pros is can be corrected medically temporarily with phenylepherin drops. This is useful only for a few hours that you may have an event or such. For a permanent correction surgery is needed.

The arms tend to scar worse than the other parts you have mentioned. I would recommend silicone sheeting for about six months after the wounds have healed. Intermittent steroid injections can also help.

Fat grafting to the breast has certain concerns. When an implant is present, there is the additional concern of either infecting or rupturing the implant. That said, it is possible and frequently done.

Abdominal contouring is best determined by physical exam. Loose skin is generally best addressed by some form of abdominoplasty or tummy tuck. How to handle the belly button is a separate decision that can be made by your surgeon.

Considering what you are writing about how you feel about your body, I would recommend changing your mind before surgery to change you body. A tummy tuck is a bad option for anyone planning to have children, and especially anyone as young as 15.

It is certainly difficult to say whether there is an infection from the photographs. Your surgeon can help you manage the wound healing with some local wound care. They can determine whether you need antibiotics.

This is very early in the post-op phase. I would certainly discuss this with you surgeon. Rest assured, the problem can be corrected. Most likely it will resolve on its own with a little time.

Even several months after a tummy tuck, there will be swelling in the lower abdominal area. This is very typical and need not raise concern. Once instructed by your surgeon, you can consider massage of this area to help with the swelling. If there is still too much thickness at six months you can consider liposuction.

This looks like a very typical scar at this stage of healing. I would expect it to resolve on its own over the next several months. otherwise you surgeon might try injecting it with a local steroid.
